July 16th Chicken dinner sale to benefit cancer victim | News | The Press and Standard

Heather Stone is a 35-year-old mother of two battling cervical cancer. She was diagnosed on Feb. 16, 2016 and has been receiving chemotherapy at MUSC. She has had several hospital stays and travels back and forth during the week for chemo. She has been unable to work at her job as a server at Cracker Barrel since her diagnosis.
A chicken dinner benefit will be held July 16 at 10 a.m. at Steve’s Service Center, 10648 Cottageville Hwy. to raise funds to help Heather and her family during this difficult time. The dinner will consist of chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, roll and a drink. The cost per plate is $7. Contact Jennifer Brewer at 843-909-1284 to get tickets in advance or join the event on Facebook.
