Colleton County Adult Education now offers free books through its “library” in front of the building on Colleton Loop. The library was built and installed by students from Thunderbolt Career and Technology Center. Anyone who wants a book may stop and remove a free book through the back of the “library.” Books do not have to be returned, but residents may contribute another book to the collection of both children’s and adult books. Here retired Adult Ed director Lynn Jones shows one of the children’s books available.
