Forgery suspect given suspended sentence | Court | The Press and Standard

Tremayne Campbell, 27, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of forgery when he appeared in Colleton County General Sessions Court last week.
After the plea, visiting Judge Roger Couch gave Campbell a suspended five-year prison term with credit for time served and placed him on probation for three years.
  Morgan L. Smith, 22, of Walterboro pled guilty to a charge of shoplifting with enhancements due to multiple previous convictions.  He was given a suspended Youthful Offender Act sentence of up to three years in custody with credit for time served and was placed on probation for three years.
  Marvin Alls, 56, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of second-degree domestic violence, was given a suspended three-year prison term with credit for time served and placed on probation for five years.
  Sammy Leyja, 35, of Islandton, pled guilty to a charge of habitual traffic offender, was given a suspended three-year prison term with credit for time served and placed on probation for three years.
  Gwendolyn Fair, 50, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of food stamp fraud, was given a suspended three-year prison term with credit for time served and placed on probation for four years.
  Ronald Davis, 44, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of financial transaction card theft, was given a suspended two-year prison term with credit for time served and placed on probation for two years.
  James M. Langsdale, 26, of Walterboro; Quincy White, 44, of Green Pond; Angela J. Harrison, 49, of Walterboro; and Avery S. Johnson, 40, of Walterboro, all pled guilty to charges of third-degree domestic violence, were given suspended 90-day jail terms with credit for time served and placed on probation for one year.
  Tyrone Donaldson, 22, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and was sentenced to time served.
  Pamela D. Richardson, 47, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of hit and run involving property damage and was sentenced to time served.
  A jury found William A. Hoff, 29, of Walterboro, not guilty of a charge of third-degree assault and battery.
