The Colleton County Cougar Soccer team honored its seniors during halftime of their final game of the season at Cougar Field.  Five seniors were recognized during the ceremony including: William Rast, Dakota Snyder, Brian Johnson, Cody Coursen and Shelton Reynolds.
The Cougars struggled in their final three region matches against perennially strong programs. They were shut out against Bluffton (9-0), Summerville (9-0) and Fort Dorchester (13-0).
The Cougars broke a 55-game losing streak this season and finished at 2-13 overall and 0-8 in region competition.
“Next year we will end some more streaks,” predicted Coach Shane Fidler. “This group grew tremendously in many areas. We will continue the rise together in our new region next season.”
