Love airplanes, antique cars and family fun? Then Wings-n-Wheels is for you.
The eighth annual Walterboro Wings-n-Wheels will be held at the Lowcountry Regional Airport on April 16. Gates will be open from 10 a.m.4 p.m.
Activities include displays of over 100 vintage airplanes and show cars, aerobatic flights, skydiving demonstrations, food vendors, jump castle and airplane rides. Food will include barbecue, hamburgers, hot dogs, cold drinks, snow cones, etc. Displays and projects built by local school students will also be on display.
The theme for this year’s event is “Warbirds Over the Lowcountry.”
Admission is $10/car. Donation boxes will also be set up for the Wounded Warrior Project and a portion of the day’s profits will go to the Wounded Warriors.
