The War Hawks continue their winning streak, with a 14-4 defeat over Andrew Jackson on Tuesday, April 19 on the road.
Colleton Prep will face region match-ups this week with Clarendon Hall and Dorchester Academy. Both games are rematches from earlier in the season, in which CPA defeated Clarendon Hall and lost to Dorchester.
Against Andrew Jackson, Nick Padgett started for Colleton Prep and earned the win with three innings of work. Josh Craven threw three innings of relief. Brian Murdaugh led the Hawks at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a home run.
Colleton Prep is now 14-4 overall and 8-2 in region play. The War Hawks will begin their chase for a state title in the SCISA playoffs set to begin on May 1.
